  • We ship all of our products via UPS. We can ship via other carriers (including the USPS) upon request.

If we are unable to make it right, we will refund 100% o the price of the product as soon as we receive your return. Returns are Easy

In the unlikely event that your shipment isn't satisfactory for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging and condition, for replacement, refund or a credit toward your next Shop4wallpaper purchase.

  • You must call 1-877-SHOP4-10 (M-F 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) to obtain an authorization (RMA) number and to arrange product pick up. Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
  • Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap securely, and send to the address included on the invoice.
  • Freight charges, unfortunately, are not refundable and you are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us.
  • Custom and clearance items are not returnable unless they are defective.


You will be issued a refund after we receive returned merchandise back and have validated your request. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.


You may cancel unshipped orders, custom products excluded, within 48 hours of purchase. Most of our products ship within 5-7 days. Personalized products usually take 3-4 additional days.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a product which proves to be defective, we will gladly replace it at no charge.

  • When you receive your package, please open it immediately and inspect all products for any manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
  • If you discover any such issues, call us at 1-877-SHOP4-10 (M-F 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) and a customer service member will provide instructions for an exchange.
  • We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of defective goods in order to issue a replacement.


Shop4wallpaper warrants its finished product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from purchase, and will replace any material found to be defective. Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Shop4wallpaper is not responsible for labor charges, improper installation, installation of incorrect goods (those not approved or confirmed by the customer), removal of goods, or problems arising from defects in the construction, surface, or preparation of the wall.
